BAG OPENER

Our bag openers is a critical first-stage machine in recycling systems, engineered to efficiently open mixed waste bags without cutting the contents. Designed for controlled opening, it preserves material integrity and ensures a consistent, optimal feed for downstream sorting processes. Built for high performance, reliability, and continuous operation, it minimizes blockages and significantly improves overall recovery rates. Our machines are available in capacities ranging from 10 to 50 tons per hour.

Our disc screens are engineered for high-efficiency material separation, delivering precise sizing with consistent and reliable performance. Designed with robust rotating shafts and optimized disc configurations, it ensures smooth material flow, minimizes clogging, and handles demanding waste streams with ease. Built for durability and continuous operation, our disc screen maximizes throughput, improves downstream sorting efficiency, and enhances overall system performance. Our machines are available in capacities ranging from 10 to 50 tons per hour.

Our windsifters are engineered for precise air-based separation, efficiently dividing light and heavy fractions to enhance material recovery. Using controlled airflow and optimized chamber design, it reliably extracts films, paper, and other light materials from heavier streams.
